WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ON BOOKING WITH US?

No problems at all! Free refunds are available if you cancel before 48 hours of your booking date!

IF THE WEATHER IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR EVENT?

For your safety, if winds are determined to be too strong to use our inflatables we will gladly work with you to arrange a different day for your special event!
I already know you're thinking, we live in Scotland... RAIN! Thats why if the Gods are against you on your special day then we will rearrange to a date where luck is on our side, free of charge.
In adverse weather conditions we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied and happy with our service.

WHAT LOCATIONS CAN OUR PRODUCTS BE USED

Our products can be set up on grass using pegs. Upon our arrival we will discuss where you want it set up and we will handle the rest!

HOW LONG IS YOUR HIRE FOR?

Our hires range from as little as 4hrs to 2 days. Message us to find out what we can do for you!

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

As soon as we set up at your house then it's down to you to ensure no damage occurs to equipment.
But we both know that won't happen, because you're a good person!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept either cash, or card. Whatever is easiest for you. Bookings made out-with our site with the intention to pay with cash must place a deposit via card.
